Rethinking Products & Services digitally! How it really works!

Every year, our Empolis:Exchange Summit offers the unique opportunity for professional exchange with our experts, high-profile speakers and our customers.

This year, our event will take place on September 27th and 28th as a hybrid event.

In 2022, you can look forward to another intensive and exciting Empolis:Exchange Summit with many expert presentations, best practices and first hand reports from our customers, and great opportunities for sharing and networking. Also on the agenda is the annual Empolis Customer Solution Award ceremony.

The Empolis:Exchange Summit 2022 will be a hybrid event (live & virtual).

On September 27th, look forward to a live event in Mannheim starting at 2 pm, provided it is permitted and we can responsibly allow interested participants to meet in such a large gathering.
We will also offer the event as a live stream on this day.
So, you can choose to attend in person or watch the event on the live stream starting at 2pm.

On September 28, we will offer a purely virtual program via our virtual event platform with 4 tracks to choose from. Look forward to bilateral business meetings!

If you register for the live event in Mannheim on September 27, you will also receive access details for the virtual event on September 28 (Day 2).

PLEASE NOTE the conference is held in GERMAN. Numerous speaking slots were held in English though, and will be clearly marked as such.

Find answers to your “general” questions

How can I register for free?

Thank you for your interest in the Empolis:Exchange Summit on September 27th & 28th.

You have the opportunity submit your binding registraton for the live event in Mannheim, Germany on September 27th. If, however, you ar not able to attend in person, you can also see all of the presentations on the live stream.  In this case, you just need to register for the virtual event only. You will then receive access to the virtual event for both days (September 27th & 28th).

Simply use the registration form on this page. Look for your registration confirmation in a separate email (please also check your spam folder).

If you register for the live event on September 27th, you will receive further information on hotels and travel at a later date. If you are unable to attend the live event and have not made your cancellation prior to September 13th, we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 150 plus VAT for costs incurred.

Ten days prior to the event, you will receive your personal access code to the virtual event platform to the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder, if you have not received an access code before the event.

What are the terms for participation ?

With your registration, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Event Terms and Conditions.

If you have registered for the live event on September 27th and in case of a “no-show” or failure to make your cancellation prior to September 13th, we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 150 plus VAT for costs incurred.

How and when will I receive access to the event platform?

You will receive your access to the virtual event platform in a separate email ten days prior to the event. The event platform is your door to the event, presentations and networking opportunities. Please check your spam folder or contact michaela.van_cleve@empolis.com, if you have not received an email.

How can I network with other attendees in the event platform?

The event platform offers great opportunities for exchange and networking with other attendees (for both formats: live & virtual). In order to network, you must first make your own profile public on the event platform.

If you do not wish to make your profile public, you will not have the ability to network with the other attendees.

Do I need the event platform for the live event on September 27th?

Yes, the event platform will provide you with all of the information you need during the live event as well. The program, networking and exhibition information will be at the tip of your finger.
